Rental requirements

Driver requirements

  • Passport Copy

  • Valid Visa (Short & Long Term are accepted)

  • Valid Thai Drivers License OR International Driver’s Permit

  • Minimum age: 21 years.

RENTAL CONDITIONS

Included KM / Travel allowance

  • Included kms

    • 1–6 days (Daily): 200 km/day included

    • 7–27 days (Weekly): 250 km/day included

    • 28+ days (Monthly): Unlimited km

  • Additional kms

    • 100 kms: 300฿

    • 500 kms: 1300฿

    • 1000 kms: 2,500฿

Where you can drive

  • All of Thailand

    • We do not have any travel limitations within Thailand. Enjoy Bangkok, and enjoy this beautiful country.

  • International Travel

    • At this time we do not provide documents for international travel

Fuel policy

  • Vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and is to be returned with a full tank of fuel

  • If the vehicle is returned with less than full tank, the customer will be charged the true cost of filling the tank, plus an additional 200 baht fueling charge.

Maintenace policy

  • All vehicles are fully maintained and prepared prior to the first day of rental. Please note that as the scheduled maintenance is required every 6,000 km, if maintenance becomes due during the rental period, we will assist in arranging service near your location; however, customers are required to facilitate scheduled maintenance when requested.

Payments and Reservations

Payments

  • Payments are due in full on the first day of rental.

    • Local Bank Transfer (Siam Commercial Bank Account: 204-208421-6)

    • International transfers via Wise

  • Credit Cards

    • Visa & Mastercard accepted

    • +2% processing fee

Security deposits

  • 5,000 THB Deposit

    • Deposit is fully refundable for all vehicles returned in good condition

    • Deposit can be paid by credit card via Visa or Mastercard

Reservations / Cancellations

  • Reservations

    • Reservations can be made with a booking payment equal to 10% of the rental total.

    • Reservations are accepted for rentals 3 days or longer.

  • Cancellations

    • More than 7 days prior: 100% refund of booking payment.

    • Less than 7 days prior: Payment held for up to 1 year as credit.

    • Within 24 hours: Payment is forfeit.

Insurance

  • All auto rentals include 1st Class Insurance for added protection and peace of mind, helping keep your journey safe and worry-free from the moment you drive away.

GPS Tracking

  • All auto rentals include GPS tracking for added security and peace of mind, helping protect both our vehicles and customers throughout the rental period.
