Certificate of Residency Service

What is a certificate of residency?

An official document issued by Thailand immigration stating your registered home address. They are commonly required for services such as receiving a drivers license, title trasfers, opening a bank account and auto loan financing. We simply provide a service where our agent can apply, receive and deliver the Certificate of Residency on your behalf. No need to visit your immigration office.

What is required:

  • Long Stay Visa holders (With TM30) - 3900 Baht

    • Passport Identification - A scan of your passport’s front page including your photo and details

    • Visa Stamp - A scan of your Valid Thai Visa

    • Entry Stamp - A scan of the stamp of your most recent arrival into Thailand

    • TM30 - Must be current and not expired

  • Tourist OR Long Stay Visa holders (With rental agreement) - 3900 Baht

    • Passport Identification - A scan of your passport’s front page including your photo and details

    • Visa Stamp - A scan of your Valid Thai Visa

    • Entry Stamp - A scan of the stamp of your most recent arrival into Thailand

    • Rental agreement - A condo or house rental agreement with Bangkok address (No hotels or Airbnb)

  • Tourist Visa Holders (Without rental agreement) - 6400 Baht

    • Passport Identification - A scan of your passport’s front page including your photo and details

    • Visa Stamp - A scan of your Valid Thai Visa

    • Entry Stamp - A scan of the stamp of your most recent arrival into Thailand

    • (Note, as tourist visas do not qualify for address verification, one will be provided for you)

The steps:

  1. Submit the form below and be sure to include photos of the required documents as listed below.

    • (Scans please, no visible fingers)

  2. Make the payment via local bank transfer or credit card (details will be provided after receiving your contact)

  3. Your Certificate of Residency will be ready within 24-48 hours
